  • Feature Rock Placement: A large rock was strategically placed by crane in the cove of the house, illuminated for viewing from inside the home.

  • Zerra Scape Front Yard: Custom landscaping with feature rocks to enhance curb appeal and create a clean, modern aesthetic.

  • Driveway & Drainage: Inlay drain system installed within the driveway, paired with Basalite walls to retain and complement the pool above.

  • Decking: Emcom tile deck installed for a durable, polished outdoor living area.
