This property presented a unique challenge with access limited to a single 8-foot-wide path down to the lake on one side. To reach the build areas, the team had to fill in retaining walls with engineered fill, navigating a steep and complex site. It was a difficult situation—but one we embraced and excelled at.
The Solution: Custom Features & Precision Engineering
We designed and executed a full landscape package combining functional engineering with high-end aesthetics:
Custom Kitchen: Built using Keystone liners to the right of the home, with engineered walls supporting a paver pad for a hot tub and a custom foot wash station.
Custom Stairs: Free-standing stairs crafted to seamlessly connect patios, with irregular, natural steps for a unique flow.
Signature Stonework: Kettle Valley feature boulders strategically placed to enhance visual appeal and stability.
Driveway & Forming: Expert driveway forming and grading to ensure structural integrity and smooth transitions between levels.
